摘要
针对传统光电感烟火灾传感器因受灰尘、水雾影响较大,易误报,且导致灵敏度降低的问题,研制了一种利用空气中不同悬浮颗粒对蓝光、红外光散射强度不同的特点,通过处理颗粒对蓝光、红外光的散射光信号,以去除灰尘、水雾对传感器报警精度的影响,从而提高灵敏度的新型双光束感烟火灾传感器。经过试验验证,研制的感烟传感器可以有效的对火灾早期烟雾进行报警,测得报警响应阈值为0.36 dB/m,且相对于传统的单光束产品,对空气中其它悬浮颗粒的抗干扰能力有显著提高。
In accordance with the problem of traditional photoelectric smoke sensor, such as being infected by dust and steam, lead to false alarm and low sensitivity, a new photoelectric smoke sensor is designed. By processing scattering character in different area adopting dual-wavelength comparing mode due to differences of scattering character between optical wavelengths to the different particle, the interference because of the dust and steam will be removed, and the sensitivity will be improved. Experimental results show that the new sensor can make early alarm fire hazard, with the threshold of 0.36 dB/m. Also, compared with the traditional photoelectric smoke sensor, the new one has better anti-interference capability.
