摘要
优化采供血机构内部机构和业务功能设置,构建市中心血站层级、采供血业务中心层级、献血服务部层级、储血点层级的多级辐射式采供血服务网络,使得地区血液应急保障能力大幅度提高,确保了"11·22"石油管线爆燃事故医疗救治血液保障工作顺利完成。建立多级辐射式采供血服务网络可有效提升地区血液应急保障能力。
The internal organization and business functions in blood collection and providence agencies was optimized, and multi - level radiation type blood , ollection service network was built including the center blood level, blood collection business center level, blood donation servi, e department level, and the blood reservoir levels. This made the regional blood emergency support ability increased greatly, which kept the blood support completed successfully in medical treatment during ＂ 11.22＂ oil pipeline deflagration accident. Establishment of a multi - level radiation type blood collection service network can effectively enhance regional blood emergency support capabilities to adapt to the current needs of social development, and achieve significant social benefits.
