摘要
系统思考是解决复杂系统问题的新理论新工具,是一种正确认识和指导军队思政教育信息化建设的有效方法。军队教育信息化建设是事关军队整体和长远建设的重要课题,涉及多要素、多层面、多领域的复杂系统工程,需要以科学发展观为指导,顾全大局整体把握。因此,本文在阐述系统思考基本理论后,分析了军队思政教育信息化建设的现状,强调了引入系统思考在军队思想政治教育信息化建设中的意义,并提出利用系统思考推动建设发展的策略。
System thinking is a new thinking theory to solve the complicated system problems,and an effective method for us to correctly understand and instruct the informatization construction of army ideological and political education. The informatization construction of army ideological and political education, which is a complicated system project related to lots of elements, lays and realms, is an important problem concerning the overall and long-term construction of army, so it must be under the guide of scientific development concept. System thinking theory was elaborated and used to analyze the actuality of the informatization construction of army ideological and political education, the significance of applying the system thinking was emphasized, and the tactic for the informatization construction of army ideological and political education was put forward.
