摘要
建筑质量一直是建筑产业永恒不变的研究课题。特别是土木建筑工程,其施工工艺下的各道作业工序质量只有在得到保障的基础上,才不会对使用业主造成生命、财产损失,并最终促进建筑行业实现长久的发展。同时,面对当前日趋激烈的市场竞争,土木建筑企业要更加注重项目质量,将贸易准入制度背景下的土木项目施工挑战性任务看作是一场实战,以此检验企业自身的竞争实力。基于此,对土木工程在建质量的主要影响要素进行了分析,并提出了相关组织管理控制途径。
The construction industry has been building quality immutable research. In particular, civil construction, process quality construction process each channel operating under its protection only to get on base, it will not cause life, loss of property owners to use, and ultimately promote the construction industry to achieve long-term development. Meanwhile, the face of the increasingly fierce market competition, civil construction enterprises should pay more attention to project quality, the challenging task of civil projects under construction trade access system seen as a practical context, in order to test their own competitiveness. Based on this, the quality of civil engineering in the construction of the main influencing factors are analyzed and presented relevant organizational managemeflt control means.
