纳他霉素是一种新型生物防腐剂和医用抗菌剂。介绍了纳他霉素的理化性质、抑菌机理,对纳他霉素的发酵、分离工艺的研究现状进行了综述,并且对其发展前景进行了展望。
Natamycin is a new type of natural anti-epiphyte and bio-preservative used in food and medical industry.The physical and chemical properties,anti-microbial mechanism of natamycin were introduced,and the research status of fermentation,separation technology were summarized.The development prospect was forecasted.
