摘要
目的：观察椎间孔镜靶向技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后中医综合护理的疗效。方法：对23例行椎间孔镜靶向技术手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者术后给予中医综合护理，护理包括：临证护理、饮食护理、用药护理、并发症护理、健康指导等方面。结果：23名患者术后伤口愈合良好，JOA 评分改善率：92%～76%，平均83%。结论：椎间孔镜靶向技术治疗术后病人应用中医综合护理取得了一定的疗效，可在临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of TCM comprehensive nursing on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after the operation of targeting technology of foramen intervertebral microscope. Methods：Twenty-three cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with TCM comprehensive nursing after the operation of targeting technology of foramen intervertebral microscope. The comprehensive nursing included clinical nursing, diet nursing, medication nursing, complication nursing and health guidance. Results：The incision of the 23 patients healed up and the improvement rate of JOA score varied from 92%to76%. The average rate was 83%. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive nursing applied to patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after the operation of targeting technology of foramen intervertebral microscope achieves satisfactory efficacy, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
