摘要
针对阀门启闭过程中阀瓣持续运动,传统的静态模拟无法对瞬时变化计算区域进行分析的问题,采用动网格及自定义函数技术,对轴流式止回阀开启和关闭过程进行非定常的二维数值模拟,得到了阀门开启过程不同时刻速度场分布图、液动力曲线图以及关闭过程阀瓣运动速度曲线图.结果表明:止回阀的开启过程是一个反复震荡最终达到平衡位置的过程,阀瓣受力极不平衡容易产生振动.通过模拟不同弹簧力作用下止回阀的启闭过程,得到了不同刚度系数下阀门启闭所需时间以及关闭时阀瓣的速度,总结了弹簧刚度系数对阀门动态特性的影响.研究结果为止回阀的设计和动态数值模拟提供了一定的参考.
The dynamic grid and the user-defined function were utilized to run the unsteady two-dimen- sional numerical simulation of the opening and closing of the axial flow check valve and obtain the velocity field, the fluid dynamic curve of the valve opening and the motion speed curve of the valve closing. The resuits indicated that the check valve opening was a process of running from repeated vibration to eventual equilibrium, for the uneven disc stress was prone to vibration. The check valve opening and closing under the different conditions of spring force was simulated, and the required time of the valve opening and the disc speed of the valve closing under the different conditions of stiffness coefficient were calculated, the influ- ence of spring stiffness coefficient on the dynamic characteristics of the valve was summarized. The research thus provides a theoretical foundation for the design and the dynamic numerical simulation of the check valve.
