摘要
通过能谱分析表明,大颗粒非金属夹杂物是造成钢板尾部分层缺陷的主要原因。通过控制浇铸过程中模底保护渣的均匀性、纯净度,提高钢液的流动性等技术措施,较好的控制了大颗粒夹杂物的产生,减少了钢板尾部分层缺陷的产生,提高了钢板的探伤合格率。
Through energy spectrum analysis,the results showed that the inclusions with large scale were the main reason of delamination defects in the end of steel plate. By taking the technological measures like controlling the flux in the bottom of mould to be uniform and purity during casting and improving the liquidity of molten steel and etc,the inclusions with large scale were avoided effectively and the delamination defects in the end of steel plates were decreased,the rate of flaw detection of steel plate were increased.
