摘要
为了促进岩茶品种结构调整,对‘奇兰’等4个品种引种在武夷山的变化情况进行分析,结果表明:(1)‘奇兰’等4个品种的植物学性状,引种武夷山后,树型、树姿、叶缘等基本不变,但树幅、树高及叶片稍小。(2)①秋季品种的不同部位,‘奇兰’的水浸出物和游离氨基酸都是嫩茎中含量最高,‘奇兰’第1叶茶多酚含量最高,咖啡碱最高含量是芽头;‘矮脚乌龙’的嫩茎的水浸出物最高,茶多酚、咖啡碱含量最高是芽头,游离氨基酸含量最高为嫩茎;‘高脚乌龙’的水浸出物和游离氨基酸含量都是嫩茎中最多,茶多酚、咖啡碱含量芽头最高;‘软枝乌龙’的水浸出物、游离氨基酸含量最多的为嫩茎,茶多酚、咖啡碱的含量最高是芽头。②品种的不同季节,水浸出物含量最高为‘奇兰’夏季第4叶,茶多酚含量最高是‘奇兰’秋季第3叶,咖啡碱含量最高是‘高脚乌龙’夏季第3叶,游离氨基酸含量最高是‘高脚乌龙’夏季第4叶。
In order to take adjustment to the variety structure of Wuyi Rock Tea, we analyzed the changes offour varieties including‘Qilan'after introductions in Wuyishan, and the result showed:(1) after theirintroductions in Wuyishan, the botanical characters of four varieties including‘Qilan'have changed to someextent. The tree crown diameters, tree heights and leaf became smaller, but the tree shapes, the tree posturesand the leaf margin remain almost the same.(2) ① In the autumn, the content of water extracts, free aminoacid, tea polyphenol and caffeine was different in different parts of the same variety. The content of waterextracts and free amino acid of‘Qilan'was the highest in the immature stem, content of tea polyphenol wasthe highest in its first leaf, caffeine content was the highest in the bud. The content of water extracts and freeamino acid of‘Aijiao Oolong'was the highest in the immature stem, content of tea polyphenol and caffeinewas the highest in the bud.‘Gaojiao Oolong'was the same as‘Aijiao Oolong'. The content of water extractsand free amino acid of‘Ruanzhi Oolong'was the highest in the immature stem, content of tea polyphenol andcaffeine was the highest in the bud. ② In different seasons, among the four varieties, fourth leaf of‘Qilan'in summer was the highest in the content of water extracts, third leaf of‘Qilan'in autumn was the highest in thecontent of tea polyphenol, third leaf of‘Gaojiao Oolong'in summer was the highest in the content of caffeine,andfourthleaf of‘Gaojiao Oolong'in summer wasthehighest in the content of free amino acid.
