摘要
近代报纸、期刊等具有时代特征的文化传媒在我国清末民初的图书馆制度建构中扮演了重要角色。"清末新政"阶段,官方和民间分别借助近代传媒推行政令、输入异域先进经验,积极进行图书馆内部运行规律的探索;在民初的"新图书馆运动"中,意气风发的知识分子"走出去,请进来",更注重体制和制度性建设,报刊传媒成为近代西方图书馆的体制、制度向国内传输的重要平台。
Abstract The culture medias such as modem press and periodical played an important role in the construction of library system constmction in late Qing and early Min. Library＇s effect of prosperousness and enlightenment is introduced into Chinese people＇heart by means of the media and becomes the main force that the society progresses. During the New Deal period, official and folk carried out executives with the aid of modem media, input foreign advanced experience and actively carried out the exploration of library＇s internal operation law. In the new library movement in early Min, the intellectuals who were familiar with manipulation paid more attention to the construction of system and institution, press and media became an important platform for the transformation of modem western libraries＇ system to homeland. 7 refs.
