摘要
肾小球滤过膜作为一种高度分化的血液滤过性屏障,不仅具有大小选择性(即分子屏障),而且具有电荷选择性(即电荷屏障),进而阻止大分子和带负电荷的蛋白质滤过,防止蛋白尿的生成。探索肾小球滤过膜在生理及病理情况下的结构及功能特性,一直是肾脏相关领域的研究热点。该文就近几年关于肾小球电荷屏障提出的流动电位理论予以综述。
The glomerular filtration membrane, as a highly specialized blood filtration interface, not only has size selectivity ( i. e. molecular barrier ) , but also has charge selectivity ( i. e. charge barrier) , thereby preventing the filtration of large molecules and negatively charged proteins and the occurrence of proteinuria. To explore the characteristics of the structure and function of the glomerular filtration membrane under physi- ological and pathological conditions has always been a hot topic. Here is to make a review of a new theory of glomerular charge barrier-streaming potentials,which has been proposed in recent years.
