摘要
目的 探析泛福舒联合穴位敷贴治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效.方法 对2011年2月至2013年12月期间在本院儿科住院的60例反复呼吸道感染患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组30例,对照组给予常规药物联合穴位敷贴治疗,实验组在常规药物基础上给予泛福舒联合穴位敷贴治疗.结果 实验组患儿咳嗽、发热等临床症状持续时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）,抗生素使用种类和时间明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患儿治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM和CD3＋、CD2、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋均明显改善（P＜0.05）.结论 泛福舒联合穴位敷贴治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染能明显改善患儿咳嗽、发热等症状,增强其体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,进而增强患儿抗感染能力,疗效显著,值得在临床实践中大力推广和应用.
Objective To study clinical effect of broncho VAXOM combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in department of pediatrics of our hospital from February 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Control group received routine drug combined with acupoint application therapy, experimental group received broncho VAXOM combined with acupoint application therapy based on routine drug. Results Time of duration of cough, fever and other clinical symptoms in experimental group were shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, type and service time of antibiotic were significantly less than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）; IgG, IgA, IgM and CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/ CD8＋ significantly improved after treatment in both two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Broncho VAXOM combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can significantly improve cough, fever and other clinical symptoms, enhance humoral and cellular immune function, and enhance the ability of anti-infection in children, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
