超化煤矿压风系统优化改造设计 被引量:2

摘要 矿井压风系统主要承担着矿井掘进生产系统的打钻掘进用风。超化煤矿随着矿井高风动设备的更新,低风压空压机已远远不能满足矿井供风的需求。另外,相关规定要求风动工具出口压力应达到0.8MPa以上。为此,对压风系统升级优化是必然的。经过合理的选型论证,对压风系统进行升级改造,改造后效果良好,满足矿井用风需求。 The mine air pressure system mainly bear the mine tunneling of drilling excavating production system with thewind. chaohua coal mine As the mine high pneumatic equipment update, low pressure air compressor has far cannotsatisfy the needs of mine for the wind. In addition, the rules require that pneumatic tool export pressure should reachmore than 0.8 MPa. Therefore, to optimize compressed air system upgrade is inevitable. Through reasonable selection ofreasoning, of the compressed air system upgrading and reconstruction after the effect is good, meet the demand of minewith the wind.
