摘要
我国当前已步入人口老龄化社会,摸清老年人的生活状况和老龄化发展趋势,对于老年人权益保障法的修订和完善具有重要作用。占老龄人口较大比重的空巢老人群体,其生活保障、身体状况、精神卫生等问题关乎着老年人权益保障这张安全网的健全程度。
China had entered old aged society.To know well about the living conditions of the elderly and aging trends,has significant to revise and perfect Senior Citizen Rights and Interest Protection Law.The number of empty-nesters takes a big part in the group of elderly.The life allowance,physical condition and mental health strongly affect the health of senior citizen＇ rights protection.
