摘要
高职院校毕业生就业难问题日益凸显,本文从新形势下高职院校毕业生就业过程中面临的一系列问题出发,根据企业对人才的要求,对高职院校毕业生就业问题的解决提出几点可行性措施:认为高职生应树立正确的择业观念,提高自身素质,做好职业规划;高职院校应强化实践性教学环节,加强就业指导工作和校企合作,促进高职毕业生有效就业。
The issue of employment difficulty of graduates in higher vocational college has become increasingly prominent.Based on some problems in the process of employment in new period,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures according to the enterprise demand for talents.The vocational students should establish correct employment concept and make a perfect career plan.Higher vocational college should strengthen practical teaching,employment guidance and school-enterprise cooperation,in order to improve effective employment of higher vocational graduates.
