摘要
针对通常测试系统无法高精度地测量井下风速与瓦斯浓度的问题,采用虚拟仪器技术设计了一套风速和瓦斯浓度测试系统。测试系统采用LabVIEW 2013为测试系统软件开发平台,利用研华PCL-818L数据采集卡采集数据,LabSQL工具包存储采集数据,实现对风速和瓦斯浓度数据的采集、显示、存储和查询。通过地下工程模拟风洞模拟实际井下情况,使用该测试系统对风洞中的风速和瓦斯浓度数据进行了测量及误差分析。
The measurement system of wind speed and gas concentration in the mine suffers from low accuracy.In order to solve this problem,a measurement system based on virtual instrument technology is developed.The system takes LabVIEW 2013 for the software development platform,using Yanhua PCL-818L for data acquisition and LabSQL toolkit for data storage,to realize the data collection,display,storage and query of wind speed and gas concentration.The system was tested in the underground engineering simulation wind tunnel,which simulated the actual mine conditions,to examine its performance.
