摘要
吸振器用于柔性结构的振动控制时,其底座的影响将不可忽略。为进一步了解底座影响的程度和特点,开展了相关研究。通过子结构导纳综合法建立了柔性主系统和有底座吸振器耦合的动力学模型,以系统中的净功率流和振幅为考核指标,进行了仿真研究。重点考察了底座安装位置、尺寸、质量以及底座安装点个数对减振效果的影响。研究结果表明:通过合理优化底座参数,能够有效拓展吸振器的减振带宽,进一步改善吸振器减振效果。
When the vibration absorber is applied to attenuate the vibration of flexible structures,the influence caused by the base of the vibration absorber cannot be ignored.In order to understand the characteristics of the influence, a mathematical model of the system composed of the vibration absorber with the base and a clamped-clamped beam was established.With the model,the vibration attenuation effects of the vibration absorbers were analysed by using the target criterion of power flow and vibration magnitude.The performances caused by the location,size,mass and the number of connection points were investigated emphatically.The results show that the vibration attenuation effect and the effective frequency range of the vibration absorber can be improved by optimizing the base.
