摘要
依照现有的焊接机械手臂,设计了与之配合的伺服控制单元。为提高控制精度,在分析模糊控制和传统PID控制的基础上,提出了一种智能混合控制算法。计算机仿真和实验证明,基于该算法的控制单元误差小、精度高,在实践中应用价值较高。
According to the welding robot,it's design a servo control unit for the welding robot. In order to improve the control precision, put forward a kind of hybrid intelligent control algorithm based on the analysis of fuzzy control and traditional PID control. Indicates that the computer simulation and experiment. The control unit based on the algorithm features small error ,high precision, high application value in practice.
