摘要
对可拆全焊接板式换热器内的传热流动特性进行了数值模拟及实验研究。采用SOLIDWORKS软件对单个流道进行了无简化、全尺度的实体建模;采用ICEM软件进行了网格划分,网格数目3100万;采用FLUENT软件进行求解。并通过换热器样机进行中试规模的水水传热实验来验证模拟结果。样机采用相同板片,板片数目102片。通过对比发现,在雷诺数Re为500—6 000的范围内,数值模拟结果与实验结果误差在15%以内。模拟结果可以作为该类产品工业应用中设计选型及优化的依据。
The numerical simulation and experiment of heat transfer and fluid flow in the dismountable all-welded plate heat exchanger (DAPHE )were performed.The three-dimensional geometry without any simplification was modeled by software SOLIDWORKS.The geometry was meshed by software ICEM and the grid number was about 3 1 million.The case was solved by software FLUENT.A water-water heat transfer experiment was conducted with a heat exchanger prototype with 102 similar plates.It shows that the error between numerical and experimental results can be controlled within±15%when the Reynolds number ranges from 500 to 6 000.The numerical simulation is a reliable tool for sizing and optimum design of a DAPHE.
