摘要
【目的】研究假蒟不同极性溶剂提取物对斜纹夜蛾卵的生物活性,为斜纹夜蛾高效低毒植物保护剂的研制提供理论依据。【方法】以假蒟为试验材料、斜纹夜蛾卵为试验对象,在室内采用索氏提取法抽提假蒟杀虫活性成分,测定假蒟不同极性溶剂提取物对斜纹夜蛾卵的生物活性。【结果】不同溶剂中,以石油醚提取物对斜纹夜蛾卵的触杀活性较高,其中,假蒟根石油醚提取物的活性最高,其校正卵死亡率为80.04%,其次是茎石油醚提取物,其校正卵死亡率为79.95%,再次是叶石油醚提取物,其校正卵死亡率为76.36%,3种提取物与对照均达显著差异水平,但三者间差异不显著。在一定浸渍时间范围(10~30S)内假蒟石油醚提取物对同一卵龄斜纹夜蛾卵的生物活性不受浸渍时间长短的影响,但卵龄越小杀卵率越高。假蒟根、茎、叶石油醚提取物对斜纹夜蛾24h卵龄卵的致死中浓度分别为1.7307%、1.6844%和1.9787%。【结论】假蒟的石油醚提取物对斜纹夜蛾卵有较高的生物活性,是一种极具开发潜力的杀虫植物。
[Objective ]Effects of different extracts from polarity positions of Piper sarmentosum on biological activity of Spodoptera litura were studied to provide references for the development of agent with high efficiency and low toxicity of plant protection of Spodoptera litura. [Method]With Piper sarmentosum as test material and Spodoptera litura as test object, insecticidal active ingredients were extracted in laboratory using Soxhlet extraction and the biological activity of Piper sarmentosum extracts on Spodoptera litura eggs was determined. [Result]Petroleum ether extract from roots of Piper sarmentosum showed the highest activity, and the mortality percentage was 80.04%. Petroleum ether extract from stems of Piper sarmentosum was the second, and the mortality percentage was 79.95%. Petroleum ether extract from leaves of Piper sarmentosum was the third, and the mortality percentage was 76.36%. There were significant differences between the three extracts and the control, but the difference was not significant among the three extracts. In a certain range of soaking time (10-30 s), the bioaetivity had nothing to do with the soaking time. But the egg stage was smaller and the hioactivity was higher. The petroleum ether extracts from the roots, stems and leaves of Piper sarmentosum had high killing-egg rates against Spodoptera litura, with the LC50 to one-day eggs of 1.7307%, 1.6844% and 1.9787%, respectively. [Conclusion] Petroleum ether extracts from Piper sarmentosum showed high biological activity, so Piper sarmentosum is a potential insecticidal plant.
