摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者卵巢功能及创伤相关血清指标的影响。方法:选取于本院进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的36例患者为观察组,并以同期采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的36例患者为对照组,然后将两组手术前和手术后不同时间点的血清卵巢功能相关指标及疼痛、氧化损伤相关指标进行检测与比较。结果:观察组术后1、3、6个月的血清卵巢功能相关指标均优于对照组,术后1、3、5d疼痛相关指标均低于对照组,氧化损伤指标也均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者卵巢功能及血清创伤相关指标的影响相对较小,对患者机体整体状态的不良影响相对较小。
Objective： To study and analyze the influence of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function and serum trauma related indexes. Methods：A total of 36 patients treated with laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were selected as observation group, 36 patients underwent open myomectomy during the same period were enrolled as control group,then the serum ovarian function related indexes and severity of pain, oxidative damage related indexes of two groups before the operation and at different time after the operation were detected and compared. Results： The serum ovarian function related indexes of observation group 1, 3 and 6 months after undergoing the operation were all better than those of control group, pain related indexes at first, third and fifth day after the operation were all lower than those of control group, oxidative damage related indexes were better than those of control group（P all 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The influence of laparoscopic myomectomy for the ovarian function and serum trauma related indexes of patients is relatively smaller, thus it has little influence on the comprehensive state of body .
