摘要
中医作为祖国传统医学和中国文化典型,其医学价值和文化价值的利用和传承引发各界的关注,中医语言中弥漫的隐喻思维吸引了来自中医学、语言学、哲学等多学科专家和学者对其进行研究。本文试图对前人的中医隐喻研究成果做一个梳理和分析,探讨中医隐喻的研究价值以及中医语言和中医理论新的诠释方式。目前中医隐喻研究有宏观上从语言修辞学和认知语言学视角进行的研究,有中观上针对中医基本理论、中医病机病因和中医治病方略的研究,还有微观上的中医典籍语言和中医常用术语的研究。基于语料库的多学科系统化研究是今后中医隐喻研究趋势。
Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, which has become the representative of traditional medicine and cul-ture, has caught the attention among people from various fields. Metaphor thinking, which exists in TCM language, has attracted multidisciplinary experts and scholars from the field of TCM study, linguistics and philosophy. This ar-ticle was aimed to collect and analyze previous study results on TCM metaphor, in order to find out the study value and explanation methods on TCM language and TCM theories. At present, there were metaphor studies in TCM in-cluding macroscopic studies based on rhetoric and cognitive linguistics, medium-scopic researches on basic TCM theories, etiology and pathogenesis, as well as microscopic studies of TCM classics language and terminology. Sys-tematic multidisciplinary studies of metaphor in TCM based on corpora will be the future study direction.
