保乳手术及改良根治术治疗≤35岁乳腺癌患者的临床疗效被引量：1

摘要目的对35岁以下乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术和改良根治手术的临床治疗效果进行观察。方法在我院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者中随机选择48例,年龄均≤35岁,将其分成对照组和观察组,实施不同治疗方法。结果两组患者的复发率、并发症以及生存率差异比较不明显(P>0.05);观察组患者的乳房美观效果总有效率为79.2%,对照组仅为41.7%,差异比较没明显(P<0.05)。结论≤35岁乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术能够提高患者乳房美观程度,提升其生活质量,值得推广。
