摘要
目的通过检测并分析在镍铬合金表面镀覆纳米非晶金刚石膜前后自然腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流密度变化情况,探讨应用纳米非晶金刚石膜在改善非贵金属耐腐蚀性能方面的意义。方法将16个镍铬合金铸件随机分为镀覆纳米非晶金刚石膜的A组及不做任何处理的B组,每组8个铸件。采用电化学实验方法分别检测并记录A、B组在两种pH值人工唾液中的自然腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度数值及线性极化曲线,将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 A组自然腐蚀电位高于B组,腐蚀电流密度低于B组;两组中,随pH值降低,合金表面自然腐蚀电位均出现降低,腐蚀电流密度升高;但A组表现为较小的变化幅度。结论表面镀覆纳米非晶金刚石膜后可提高镍铬合金的耐腐蚀性能;随pH值的降低,合金耐腐蚀性能会发生不同程度的下降,镀膜后下降幅度较小,表明镍铬合金表面镀覆纳米非晶刚石膜后耐腐蚀性能得到改善。
[ Objective ] To study the effect on the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr alloy with nano-amorphous diamond film. [ Methods ] Sixteen pieces of Ni-Ci alloy were made. Randomly assign the specimens into two groups: Group A as experimental group was deposited with the nanometer amorphous diamond film, Group B as control without any treated .Specimens were immersed respectively into two different pH artificial saliva firstly, then the electric potential of corrosion(Ecorr ), Tafel curve, and current density of corrosion(Icorr) were acquired by electrochemical workstation, all the data were analyzed by statistics. [ Results ]The Ecorr in Group A was higher, while the Icorr was lower, than those in Group B; The Ecorr in both groups would decreased when the pH from 6.8 to 4.0, but in Group B it would changed within a smaller extent. [ Conclusion ] This study showed the capability of Ni-Cr alloy corrosion resistance could be improved after plating nano-amorphous diamond film either in normal or lower Ph enviroment. Lower Ph environment would a negative factor to the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr alloy.
