摘要
随机选取体育教育专业选修健美操专项23名学生(男生17名,女生6名)为研究对象,采用自身对照法对运动前、2个月训练后、4个月训练后进行心境状态量表(POMS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试。结果表明,健美操运动处方教学对学生心理素质的影响具有侧重性,能有效缓解抑郁、慌乱、紧张和愤怒情绪,对疲劳影响不明显。而总POMS和SCL-90得分之间无显著性差异。
23 students majored in PE were selected at random,of whom were 17 boys and 6 girls. The test is carried out by using self-comParison on Pre-exercise,2 months after,exercising and 4 months after exercising of the Profile of mood states(POMS)and symPtom checklist(scl-90). The result shows that aerobics exercise PrescriPtion teaching can affect students′Psychological quality with emPhasis,can effectively relieve the dePressed motion,floridness,nervousness and anger,but not tiredness,and that there is no distinct difference between the score of POMS and of SC-90.
