摘要
核心力量在运动各项目中起着重心稳定、力量的传递和控制等重要的作用。从目前对100米短跑运动员的力量训练看,重点主要放在四肢上,但对身体核心部位的训练较少运用。通过对江西省体工队男子100米短跑《田径》二级运动员实施12周身体核心力量训练后得出:身体核心部位力量练习的17个动作指标在实验后变化明显;躯干前倾角度有显著性差异;运动员在立定三级跳远、半蹲、60米、100米计时跑方面具有显著性差异。
Core strength has significant function in the sPorts training such as gravity stabilization,strength transfer and controlling. From the current strength of 100 meters sPrinter on the training PersPective,focusing mainly on the limbs,but the core Parts of the body to use less training. After researching the second-level 100-meter Physical core strength train-ing for twelve weeks,the PaPer got the following results. Parts of the body core strength exercises 17 action indicators changed significantly after the exPeriment;torso forward angle has significant differences;athletes in 3 sets triPle jumP, squat,60M,100M run time have significant differences.
