DNA甲基化与抑郁症的相关研究 被引量:4

摘要 DNA甲基化指DNA序列不发生变化但基因表达却发生可遗传的改变,DNA异常甲基化常发生在基因启动子区的CpG岛.目前对于DNA甲基化与抑郁症的相关性研究被很多学者所重视.但国内对其研究甚少,本文就DNA甲基化与抑郁症的相关研究作一综述.抑郁症是指由各种原因引起以抑郁为主要症状的一组情感性障碍或心境障碍,抑郁是不愉快的心境体验[1].世界卫生组织(WHO)估计,全球大约有3.4亿人患抑郁症,目前抑郁症已经成为世界第四大疾病[2],抑郁症严重威胁着人类的健康.关于抑郁症发病的病因,普遍认为是由于遗传、心理、社会环境等多种因素共同作用引发的,尤其是对于抑郁症具有较高的遗传倾向性这一点已经得到众多研究的证实[3-4].近年来越来越多的研究方向指向表观遗传学方面,有研究表明DNA甲基化是其他表观遗传学现象建立和维持的基础[5],有关DNA甲基化与抑郁症的相关研究并不多,但可能存在某些关联.
