Tau蛋白在神经退行性疾病中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 蛋白质从核糖体合成以后,细胞需要消耗相当大的时间和能量用于蛋白质的正确折叠,防止错误折叠蛋白在细胞内聚集.然而,在病理情况下,一些蛋白质错误折叠并聚集形成细胞内包涵体或细胞外聚集体,成为某些疾病的典型病理变化.有些蛋白质在合成过程中更易错误折叠和聚集,如果不能被及时识别清除,会导致机体功能异常甚至疾病的发生.尽管细胞内多种因素可提高蛋白质正确折叠的效率,促进错误折叠蛋白质和聚集蛋白质的清除.但在人类和哺乳动物机体中还是存在由于错误折叠和聚集的蛋白质而导致的疾病.在中枢神经系统内,异常蛋白质在神经元内外聚集是多种神经退行性疾病的特征之一.
