摘要
目的:观察中医推拿针灸并用治疗运动引起的活动不便的疗效。方法:从某医院外科门诊及住院病历中,随机选取135例存在运动肢体活动受限的患者,通过随机数字表达方法划分成中药针灸并用组、针灸组以及中药组。统计135例患者的运动性肢体活动受限部位以及性质情况,采取临床观察记录和愈后追踪随访方法,对运动性肢体活动受限的患者运动员均进行全面分析,必要者还进行X光检查帮助确诊,治疗30天统计疗效。结果:中药针灸并用组对于不同类型的运动性肢体活动受限的治愈率和有效率都高于单纯的中药治疗组和针灸治疗组,和治疗前相比,三组患者治疗运动幅度明显增大,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组的治疗有效率是62%,针灸组的治疗有效率是70%,中药针灸并用组的治疗有效率是84.4%,经统计学分析,疗效差异存在显著性意义(P<0.05),中药针灸并用组对于运动性肢体活动受限的治疗效果最佳。结论:中药针灸并用治疗运动性肢体活动受限的疗效确切,疗效优于单纯中药治疗以及针灸治疗。
Objective:Statistics of 135 cases of patients with limited location and nature of athletic body activity, adopts the method of clinical observation record and after the follow-up, the motility in patients with limited physical activity of athletes are to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the necessity for X-ray examination also help the diagnosis and treatment of 30 days of statistical results. Results:traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group limited for different types of exercise-induced physical activity of the cure rate and effective than the pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and acupuncture treatment group, compared with before treatment, three groups of patients moving range increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group effectiveness is 62%, the treatment of acupuncture group effectiveness is 70%, Chinese medicine acupuncture group and the treatment effectiveness is 84.4%, after statistics analysis, curative effect exists significant difference (P〈0.05), Chinese medicine acupuncture and limited group of acute exercise- induced physical activity and chronic motor limited physical activity, has high therapeutic effect. Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupuncture and restricted the curative effect of treating exercise-induced physical activity, curative effect is better than that of pure Chinese medicine therapy, and acupuncture treatment.
