摘要
在图书阅读率不断走低的社会背景下,图书流通率的下降和读者阅读行为的盲目性是一直困惑着图书馆学界和管理者的两大难题,图书流通率的下降甚至被视为是图书馆要面对的生存危机。图书馆一线岗位馆员的工作需要每天都与读者直接交流,以人为本的图书馆管理有必要重新重视这种传统的读者辅导方法。由一线馆员根据读者的兴趣和需求、馆员专业特长、馆藏特色、社会热点和全社会阅读活动背景,对读者有针对性地进行阅读策略、内容、技巧、习惯及阅读方式的引导,能在一定程度上提高读者阅读质量。
Continued decline of circulation rate and blindness of reading behavior are the two big and difficult problems always worrying the library scholars and managers. Reduced lending rate of books is regarded as the survival crisis that library must face. Since the librarians who work at the frontline positions need to communicate with the readers, the managers of the libraries should pay attention to the traditional services that provide reading guidance to the readers. According to readers' interest and demand, librarians' specialties, collection characteristics, social hotpots, and social reading programs, the librarians instruct the readers on their reading strategies, contents, skills, habits and ways, which can help readers improve reading quality to a certain extent.
