摘要
螺杆泵实际工作时所处环境的压力、温度、流体介质均与测试条件存在较大差异,导致螺杆泵的水力特性曲线并不能代表螺杆泵的真实特性。很多学者从不同的角度分析过螺杆泵特性曲线的影响因素及修正方法,但目前并未建立一套系统的、可量化的修正模型。为了能够获取螺杆泵实际工作状态下的特性,通过研究转子转速、过盈量、流体黏度、含气量四大因素影响,建立了螺杆泵特性曲线修正模型。结果表明,修正后的特性曲线能够表征螺杆泵的真实特性,为油井选泵提供可靠的参考依据。
Progressing cavity pump in real working circumstances faces quite different pressure,temperature and fluid medium from that of test,which results in bad representative of real characteristic by hydraulic curve.Several researchers have analyzed affecting factors of PCP characteristic curve and developed revised method without building a systematic and quantifiable revised model.In order to obtaining characteristic of PCP in real working state,PCP characteristic curve model has been built in terps of research on main affecting factors,such as rotor speed,interference,fluid viscosity and gas content.It has proved that revised characteristic curve could reflect its real virtue,which will help choose appropriate pump for oil producer.
