摘要
如何定位和培养符合社会发展要求的工程应用型创新人才、使学生有更强的就业能力和创业能力,是工程应用型本科专业在新的改革中急需解决的重要课题。本文以社会人才市场为导向,结合南昌工程学院办学定位与特色,优化构建给排水科学与工程专业应用型创新人才培养体系;改革核心课程、构建创新性课程体系;建设实践教学平台、构建工程应用与科研创新实践教学体系;改革教学方法与手段;实践证明所培养的给排水科学与工程专业学生大部分拥有较高的综合素质和专业能力,实践与创新能力强,就业率高。
How to locate and training application oriented creative students who accord with the social development and are more employahility and entrepreneurship, is an important and urgent subject to engineering application undergraduate college in the new reform. Based on the social talent market as the guide, combined with the school - running orientation and characteristics of Nanchang institute of technology, we optimization to construct the talents training system to training application oriented creative students in the water supply and drainage science＆ engineering specialty. And construct the innovative curriculum system based on the reformation about core curriculum. While develop the engineering application and scientific research innovation practice teaching platform and system. And reform the teaching method and teaching means. The practices have proved that the students in the watersupply and drainage science＆ engineering specialty by the afore- mentioned training most have higher comprehensive quality and professional ability, practice and innovation ability and employahility.
