摘要
分析了云南省生物质能源林建设现状,探讨了云南省生物质能源林建设存在良种化程度不够、建设资金严重不足、基地建设布局较分散、相关政策不健全等方面的问题,提出了云南省应从科技化培育生物质能源林、建设生物质能源林重点基地、完善相关政策等方面发展生物质能源林的对策。
The current situation of bio-energy forest construction in Yunnan province was analyzed. Some vital problems in bio-energy forest construction system, such as low degrees of fine seeds breeding, shortages of construction funds, dispersions of base construction layout, and uncompleted policies, were discussed. Some development countermeasures, such as technicalization of bio-energy forest cultivation, construction of key forest bases and improvements of relevant policies, were proposed.
