摘要
分析了一般通风用过滤器的作用和选择原则,对比了我国和欧盟的测试标准GB/T14295—2008和EN 779-2012。利用测试台对国内两种过滤器(A,C)和国外某产品B进行性能测试,获得了材料厚度、过滤器阻力、过滤效率及微观形貌。通过品质因素分析,发现过滤器A对细颗粒物的品质因素最优,达到0.102,其滤料具有低阻高效的特征,在一定的支撑力下,可以提供更大的三维空间,提高容尘效率与拦截效率。过滤器B对细颗粒物的品质因素为0.077,原因是滤料内部均匀分布,能提供较高的过滤效率。过滤器A的工艺与过滤器B的工艺相结合是未来技术发展方向。
Introduces the function of general ventilation air filter and its selection principle,and compares the test methods between GB/T 14295-008 in China and EN 779-2012 in EU.Performs the performance test among air filters A,B and C with the test rig.Obtains the thickness,resistance,filtration efficiency and microscopic morphology.With the analysis of quality factor,the performance of filter A is the best for PM2.5,which reaches 0.102.Filter A has the characteristic of low resistance and high efficiency,where the dust holding capacity and interception efficiency are increased by the enlarged three-dimensional space with the strong holder.The quality factor of filter B reaches 0.077.Filter media B has the uniform distribution of fibers,which can increase the efficiency.The combination of the process for material A and material B should be the future trend.
