摘要
介绍了CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道及预制箱梁梁面的结构,阐述了梁面质量验收标准和方法,以中铁四局四公司溧水梁场为例,提出了梁体浇注时的平整度控制措施,讨论了箱梁架设后的梁面打磨整修。
This paper introduces the structure of CRTS Ⅱ-type slab ballastless track and the beam-surface of prefabricated box-girder,expounds the beam-surface＇s quality acceptance standards and methods,and taking the Lishui Girder Fabrication Yard of the Fourth Company under China Railway Construction Corporation as an example,puts forward some measures for controlling the roughness in beam body＇s concreting,and discusses beam-surface＇s polishing and reconditioning after the erection of box-girder.
