摘要
京奉铁路是中国清朝末年修建的一条铁路。京奉铁路(关外段)的开通促使辽西区域商品贸易的购销范围不断拓展,区域市场功能逐渐完善,形成了初级市场、中级市场、高级市场等较为完整、等级分明的近代梯级商品市场体系。同时,京奉铁路(关外段)促使辽西区域城镇社会经济功能增强、城镇规模不断拓展、城镇文化更加多元化,铁路沿线地方城市空间布局得到优化,辽西地区城镇和乡村的空间结构发生改变,从而真正开启了辽西区域城镇早期现代化进程,使昔日闭锁隔离的城镇成为近代开放统一的城镇体系。
Beijing-Fengtian railway from Shanhaiguan to Shenyang was built in late Qing Dynasty. The open of this railway promoted the expanding of commodity market in western Liaoning areas and improved the regional market functions. Under this circumstance, this areas formed a hierarchical and modern commodity market system, which involved primary market, secondary market and senior market. Meanwhile, Beijing-Fengtian railway from Shanhaiguan to Shenyang enhanced the social and economic functions, which enlarged the scope of urban areas by degrees, and boosted urban cultural diversity, optimized the local railway layout of urban space and changed the spatial structure of towns and villages. All these changes really opened up the process of early modernization of urban regions in western Liaoning, which changed the isolated old town to the open and modern urban system.
