摘要
结直肠癌是欧美国家最常见的消化系恶性肿瘤,近年在我国发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。大多数结直肠癌诊断时已是中晚期,预后不佳,因此早期诊断及预防愈显重要。近年化学预防逐渐成为结直肠癌的研究热点之一。有研究表明阿司匹林、雌激素、维生素D、他汀类药物、熊去氧胆酸等有可能成为有希望的化学预防剂。该文将对近年结直肠癌在化学预防方面取得的研究进展进行综述。
Colorectal cancer is the most common gastrointestinal cancer in western countries. In recent years, morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer are both increasing. Most patients with colorectal cancer are in advanced stage by the time of diagnosis and have poor prognosis. Therefore, early diagnosis and intervention are very important for the improvement of prognosis of eolorectal cancer. Recently, chemoprevention is becoming hot spot in colorectal cancer study. Previous studies showed that aspirin, estrogen, Vitamin D, statins and ursodeoxycholic acid may be promising in chemoprevention of colorectal cancer. Progress in chemoprevention of colorectal cancer will be reviewed in this paper.
