摘要
为减小双钢轮振动压路机拍振对驾驶室振动的影响,提高零部件的可靠性及驾驶员乘坐的舒适性,对某国产双钢轮振动压路机驾驶室的振动进行测试与分析,同时建立压路机驾驶室的四自由度振动模型并进行Matlab仿真。仿真结果表明,通过调节前后振动轮激振频率差Δf可减小拍振对驾驶室的影响;机架与驾驶室之间采用较小阻尼减振块时,驾驶室振动加速度峰值明显降低,且峰值较稳定无明显的波动,可有效降低拍振对驾驶室振动的影响。
In order to decrease the effect of the double-drum vibratory roller beat vibration on the cab vibration and improve the reliability of parts and driver’s comfort,this article tests and analyzes the cab vibration property of a home-made double-drum vibratory roller and at the same time it establishes a vibration model with fourdegree freedom for the roller cab to make a Matlab simulation. The simulation results show that the effect of the beat vibration on the cab can be reduced by adjusting the excitation frequency difference of the front and rear vibratory wheels,and that when a smaller damping block between the frame and cab is used,the vibration acceleration peak of the cab obviously goes down and the peak is relatively stable without much fluctuation so that the effect of the beat vibration on the cab vibration can be effectively lowered.
