摘要
动物疫病监测是预防控制动物疫病发生流行的主要评估手段和预警预报方式,不仅是保障畜牧业经济健康发展的关键,也是维护社会公共卫生安全的重要措施之一。为进一步规范贵州动物疫病监测,建立和完善动物疫病监测体系,提高从业人员专业素质,针对贵州动物疫病监测组织架构和开展情况等进行了全面调查研究,分析了当前动物疫病监测存在的问题,并提出了针对性的解决措施,以提高贵州动物疫病的监测能力和水平。
Animal epidemic disease monitoring which was deemed controlling animal epidemic disease mode was not only the key of ensuring the development of livestock economy,but also the important measure of protecting the social public health and safety.To regulate animal epidemic disease monitoring,establish and perfecting the monitoring system,enhance employees＇ professional quality,the investigation of organizational structure,working pattern,working situation were carried out and the targeted solution program was formulated after analyzing the problem,so as to enhance animal epidemic disease monitoring ability and level.
