土壤中镉耐受菌的筛选及其生长

摘要 为了解常德市的土壤镉污染情况及不同浓度下镉耐受菌的生长情况,分别在常德市武陵区河洑镇、东江乡、常德鼎城区灌溪工业区和常德德山工业区采集具有代表性土样,测定其土壤中镉的含量,并对镉耐受菌进行了分离、纯化和筛选。结果表明:共筛选出3株镉耐受菌,分别为A682,C781和D781;3株菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为10mmol/L、40mmol/L和20mmol/L,在0mmol/L,1mmol/L,5mmol/L和10mmol/L镉浓度下,3株菌均能生长;C781对镉的耐受性最强,D781其次,A682较弱。 To explore cadmium pollution status and the growth of cadmium-tolerant microorganism,representative soil samples in four different areas in Changde City,Hefu and Dongxiang Town in Wuling District,Guanxi Industry Area in Dingcheng District,Deshan Industry Area were collected,and cadmium content was analyzed,then cadmium-tolerant bacteria were separated,purified and filtered.Results:three cadmium-tolerant strains (A682,C781 and D781) were screened.Minimum inhibitory concentration of these three strains of bacteria was 10 mmol/L,40 mmol/L and 20 mmol/L,respectively.The three strains of bacteria could grow in the cadmiferous environment,C781 had the strongest tolerance to cadmium,followed by D781 and A682,respectively.
