电子商务作为一种崭新的商务运作方式,扩大了其贸易渠道,降低企业运输成本,促使物流业的发展面临着巨大的发展机遇,同时也面临着潜在的风险。在电子商务环境大发展与完善的背景下,文中分析了物流企业管理的发展现状,重点分析了发展中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的解决措施,同时根据电子商务下现代物流企业的整体发展,探讨了物流企业管理的发展前景。
