摘要
目的:观察和分析冠心病患者抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)与血清对氧磷酶(PON)活性、氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的相关性。方法:酶联免疫法检测118例冠心病患者、68例正常对照者血清ACA、ox-LDL、硫代巴比妥酸法测定MDA、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD、乙酸苯酯法测定PON。结果:冠心病患者ACA阳性率为24%,显著高于对照组(阳性率为9%,P<0.05)。ACA阳性冠心病患者PON活性为(122±40)kU/L、ox-LDL为(0.81±0.26)mg/L、MDA为(7.6±1.1)μmol/L、SOD为(72±20)μU/L,与ACA阴性冠心病相比PON活性降低,ox-LDL、MDA升高,SOD无明显变化。相关分析显示PON活性与ox-LDL、MDA呈负相关(分别r=-0.825,P<0.01;r=-0.735,P<0.01),与SOD无相关性。结论:ACA阳性冠心病患者反映脂质过氧化程度的ox-LDL、MDA增高,而PON活性降低。
AIM: To observe and analyze the relationship between anticardiolipin antibody (ACA) and paraoxonase (PON), oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), malondialdehycle (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: ACA and ox-LDL were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, MDA by thiobarbiuric acid, SOD by xanthine superoxidase, PON by the method of phenyl acetate in 118 patients with CHD and 68 healthy persons. RESULT: The ACA positive rate of CHD was 24%, which was significantly higher than that of healthy persons (the ACA positive rate was 9%, P 〈0. 05) PON, ox-LDL, MDA, SOD levels were (122 ±40) kU/L, (0. 81± 0. 26) mg/L, (7.6 ± 1.1) μmol/L and (72±20) μU/ml, respectively, in ACA positive CHD. PON was significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 05), ox-LDL and MDA levels were significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05), but SOD was not different compared with ACA negative CHD. There was a negative correlation between PON and ox-LDL, MDA by correlation analysis, respectively (r = -0. 825, P 〈0. 01 ; r = -0. 735, P 〈0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: Lipid peroxidation levels (ox-LDL, MDA) were increased and the levels of PON were decreased in ACA-positive CHD.
