摘要
目的观察麝香酮对血瘀证裸鼠乳腺癌进展的影响。方法构建血瘀证乳腺癌裸鼠模型,用麝香酮[2mg/(kg·d)]灌胃14d后,观察裸鼠的一般状况,计算肿瘤体积及麝香酮的抑瘤率,检测肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况。结果麝香酮可抑制血瘀证裸鼠乳腺癌的生长,与对照组相比,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);麝香酮可有效抑制瘤体生长(抑瘤率为48.03%);麝香酮组VEGF的阳性细胞表达降低。结论在血瘀证裸鼠模型中,麝香酮可以显著抑制乳腺癌的生长,其机制可能是通过减少VEGF的表达,达到抑制血管生成、阻断肿瘤营养供应,从而影响肿瘤生长。
Objective To observe the effects of musk ketone on the progress of breast cancer in nude mice with blood stasis.Methods The breast cancer model in nude mice with blood stasis was constructed with gastric gavage of musk ketone [2 mg/(kg · d)] for 14 d.Then we observed the general state of the mice,calculated tumor volume and tumor inhibition rate of musk ketone,and detected the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the tumor.Results Compared with the control group,musk ketone could significantly inhibit the growth of breast cancer in blood stasis nude mice (P<0.05).Musk ketone effectively inhibited tumor growth with the inhibition rate of 48.03%,and VEGF positive cells expression was decreased in musk ketone group.Conclusion Musk ketone can significantly inhibit the growth of breast cancer in blood stasis nude mice.The mechanism may be related to reducing the expression of VEGF,inhibiting angiogenesis and blocking nutrient supply of the tumor,thus affecting tumor growth.
