摘要
针对以往人造金刚石生产中传统PID适应性差等问题,为了使六面顶液压机得到更好的控制效果,生产出质量更高的人造金刚石,设计了一种基于九点控制器的压机压力控制系统。该方法不仅克服了系统响应速度慢、超调量大等缺点,而且使系统具备了更好的动态特性和稳定性。
In view of the previous issue of the lack of adaptability in the traditional PID of synthetic diamond production, for getting better control effect on the six-side hydraulic press and producing synthetic diamond of higher quality, a pressure control system of the press based on the nine-point controller is designed. This method not only overcomes defects such as slow response speed of the system and large amount of overshoot, but also makes the system get better dynamic characteristics and stability.
