摘要
志愿服务作为新时期高校思想政治教育的一项创新载体和有效途径,对推动大学生的社会化进程发挥着重要的作用。大学生作为国家培养的高层次人才,毕业后将充当我国社会主义现代化建设的主力军,其社会化过程就是指大学生将外在于自己的社会行为规范、准则内化为自己的行为标准,使自己从"自然人"成长为"社会人"。建立健全志愿服务组织、激励、保障、评价机制,有利于充分发挥志愿服务对大学生社会化的促进作用,推进大学生的思想道德进步,提高其社会适应能力,成为社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。志愿服务活动有利于帮助大学生养成良好的道德品质,形成正确的价值观,提高自身综合素质能力。为了发挥志愿服务在大学生社会化方面的重要作用,应该从政策、观念、制度、机制等方面推进志愿服务的发展。
Volunteer service as a new carrier and effective way of the ideological and political education ,has played an im-portant role in promoting the socialization of college students .College students as High level talents of the country will serve as the main force of China ’ s socialist modernization construction after graduation .The socialization process of college students means that they will make social norms＆rules their own behavior standard and become themselves the natural and social men.To establish a sound evaluation mechanism of incentives ,voluntary service organizations ,and security will do good to college students in fully playing the role of promoting the voluntary service to the community ,promoting the ideolog-ical and moral progress ,improving the ability to adapt to society ,and becoming the qualified builders and reliable succes-sors.Volunteer service activities help students develop good moral character ,form the correct values ,improve their compre-hensive quality ability .In order to play an important role in voluntary service in the socialization of college students , we should advance the development of voluntary service from the policy ,idea,system,mechanism and so on.
