摘要
农业社会化服务体系的健全对于农业现代化的实现意义重大。经过多年的努力,河南省许昌市构建了农业社会化服务体系的基本框架,但是还存在一系列问题,如新型服务主体发育不充分、基层政府公共服务机构功能弱化等,今后要从制度建设、基层农业服务机构建设、新型农业社会化服务组织培育、建立多部门协调机制等多方面加强建设管理。
It is of great significance that a sound agricultural socialized service system is set up for the realization of agricul -tural modernization .Now the basic framework？ of agricultural socialized service system has been built in Xuchang .But there are some problems,for example,agricultural socialized service supply and demand contradictory is day by day prominent ,or the new service principal is not well-developed.In future,the following actions must be taken：strengthening institutional construction ,coordination mechanisms between several departments .
