摘要
綬草又名盘龙参,具有滋阴益气、凉血解毒的功效.《湖南药物志》载"止虚热口渴".糖尿病中医辨证属"消渴"病范畴.故以綬草70%乙醇提取物为受试药,以经口灌胃方式作用于四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠,分别于给药7天和14天后剪尾测定血糖,以血糖值作为检测受试药降糖效果的指标.结果表明綬草70%乙醇提取物具有控制糖尿病小鼠血糖升高的作用.
In the traditional Chinese medical system,according to its clinical manifestations,diabetes mellitus is categorized as XiaoKezheng or xiaodanzheng,both of which mean diabetes.Spiranthes sinensis not only can prevent the deficiency of both yin and qi,but also help relieve endogenous dryness-heat in the body which is caused by the deficiency of yin.The Hunan medical magazine reported that Spiranthes sinensis can be used to treat XiaoKezheng.Therefore,we researched the hypoglycemic effects of test drug that is the 70％ ethanol extract of Spiranthes sinensis in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.We had the mice take the test drug by oral administration for 14 consecutive days.Finally we had the blood glucose levels as indicators to detect hypoglycemic effect of the investigational drug.The results showed that the 70％ ethanol extract of Spiranthes sinensis can lower blood glucose of diabetes mice.
