摘要
为搞好研训工作,需加强培训需求调研,从实际需要出发分析研训形式及内容需求,能够提高"十二五"研训工作的有效性,也是提升研训工作者专业化水平的重要方式。
Research and training requirements of secondary vocational schools need to be explored. Based on the reality, the analysis of form and content requirements can help improve effectiveness of research and training work in the period of ＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂. The analysis is also an important way to enhance the professionalization level of research and training staff.
