摘要
对新型圆弧式齿形链和链轮进行了设计,并对链板和链轮的结构类型和主要技术参数进行了描述。利用ADAMS建立了新型圆弧式齿形链传动系统的数字化三维仿真模型,分析了新型齿形链与不同结构形式链轮的啮合特性。仿真结果表明,对于新型齿形链传动系统,建立数字化的三维仿真模型可以有效地分析其设计参数对啮合性能的影响。
Based on the study of the meshing behavior of the silent chain, a new arc type silent chain and sprocket are designed, and the main structure type and technical parameters of them are described. The digital 3D simulation model of a new arc type silent chain transmission system are built by ADAMS, the meshing characteristic of new silent chain and different structural sprocket of is analyzed. The simulation analysis shows that, for new type silent chain transmission system, the meshing simulation model analysis is feasible, which can effectively analyze the influence of design parameters on meshing performance.
