摘要
在MasterCAM数控铣削自动编程中,选择合理下刀点,设置合适进退刀量参数是在确定走刀路线和加工方式时需要尤其注意的问题。合理的下刀点,科学的加工工艺,能有效避免扎刀,提高生产效率,减少事故的发生。一般情况下,挖槽加工我们可以从毛坯外部指定位置处下刀,但在挖槽加工封闭区域时,下刀点选择就必须谨慎。
During the process of MasterCAM numerical controlled milling programming,the reasonable downfeed points and the parameter of feed and retracting become extremely important when we choose the proceeding route and processing technique. The phenomenon of "Breaking edge" can be avoided and production efficiency will be improved effectively if the downfeed points and proceeding technique choosed reasonably.We can choose the downfeed points outside ofa workpiece if we want to mill a slot on the surface.But we should pay more attention to the points of downfeed if we want to mill a slot inside a closed space.
